Online Check-In & Guest Identification

Before arrival, guests may be asked to complete an online check-in form and provide information for themselves and other guests staying at the property.

Where required, this may include passport or Thai national ID information.

This information is collected for purposes including guest identification, managing your stay and complying with applicable Thai guest-registration requirements.

Guests should only provide identification information for other individuals where they are authorised to do so.

Payments & Security Holds

Payments and card authorisations may be processed through third-party payment and booking service providers.

A refundable security hold may be placed on the payment card associated with a reservation in accordance with our booking terms.

A security hold is a temporary card authorisation rather than an additional accommodation charge. Where applicable, information relating to the authorisation, release or any permitted deductions may be processed by our payment and booking service providers.

We do not sell payment information or use it for unrelated purposes.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary with organisations that assist us in operating our accommodation business, including:
